Our team strives to offer you the latest hair trends and techniques while making you feel relaxed and comfortable. We pride ourselves on our welcoming environment and exceptional customer service. Cancellation
We value your time and want to give you the best service possible. For these reasons we ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hrs notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. In the event that you cancel/reschedule or do not show up to your appointment without giving us the proper notice. We reserve the right to ask you to either place a deposit before you book or be charged 50% of the services you were booked for. This policy also applies to those who abuse the cancellation terms. Health & Safety
The health and safety of our clients, family, and friends is our number one priority. In order to continue to operate safely, we ask that you self-monitor. If you are feeling under the weather, running a fever, or have tested positive, etc. Please refrain from coming into the salon and call to cancel your appointment.
Age Restriction
In order to preserve the safety and well being of your child while ensuring top quality services, the following age restrictions have been implemented.
Any child 17 years or younger receiving a color service must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.
No lightening services for children 12 years or under.
No amino acid or keratin treatments 17 years or under.
